Are your treats vegan?

No, but when we have a large enough demand for it we will definitely look into making vegan brownies.

How long do the treats stay fresh?

We suggest that they are consumed with 7 days of receiving them. 

Do your treats contain any allergens?

Yes, I work in a kitchen that contains milk, soy, eggs, wheat (gluten) and cinnamon. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate for any allergies. Our brownies include gluten, eggs, wheat(gluten) and cinnamon.

Treats & Size

Treats will arrive in a heat sealed bakery bag.

They come in packs of 4. Brownies are 1x2”, cookies and brookies measure 2.5”x2.5”.

 

 

Orders & Shipping

How do I order?

All orders are taken through the website.

Can I pick a day for the brownies to arrive?

At the moment no. But when the business begins running full time, this will be an option.

How can I track my package?

You can track your package using the AfterShip app or the track my package link at the bottom of the page.

Do you deliver locally?

No, I don’t deliver locally. All orders will be shipped to your door via UPS. I am looking into Doordash as an option in the future.

When do orders ship out?

Orders are dispatched on Mondays to ensure you receive the freshest brownies, cookies, and brookies.

Can I pick up my order?

No, all orders will be shipped via UPS. 

Where do you ship and what is the cost?

We ship nationwide and shipping is $7-$9.

 

Refunds & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order by Friday. Any time after that the order will be locked in.
